Since 2004, Michael Lee and Kevin Knighton have been blessed enough to bring outdoor television into the homes of loyal viewers each week.
The Backwoods Life® shows even more of an inside look into who Michael, Kevin, Woody, and the rest of the Backwoods Life Crew are on a more personal level all while showing the great hunts they journey into each year.
My passions growing up were fishing, hunting, and baseball. I was going pro in something, just didn’t know what yet! Hey, when you like to shoot stuff you stay in the woods all the time! ~ Michael Lee

I am an avid fly fisherman and I just love to get out in the marsh with an 8 weight fly rod and work every nock and cranny I can find.
I also do all my fishing solely from a kayak. Some might wonder how you could possibly fly fish from a kayak. Well it’s not as hard as you think it may be.
