Youth Groups SAVE BIG at the Cape Fear Wildlife Expo –
March 17th – 19th – Crown Complex Arena

Kids of all ages are invited to participate in the 9th Annual Cape Fear Wildlife Expo at the Crown Complex Arena in Fayetteville, NC over the weekend of March 17-19, 2017.

Kid-friendly, interactive activities include a STEM-inspired “Flora, Fauna, and Freedom” scavenger hunt, and much, much more! How many people get to say that they’ve been kissed by a wolf? Learn how to shoot a bow at Archery Alley. Watch raptors in flight, and learn now these birds are trained. Check out a priceless fishing tackle collection from yesteryear. Watch honeybees do their thing!  Explore outdoor career opportunities. Hook up with sportsmen offering NC mentored hunting and fishing programs for those new to the outdoors.

The Cape Fear Wildlife Expo offers something for everyone.  This family event features wildlife art, decoy displays, hand crafted duck and turkey calls, jewelry, demonstrations, the latest tree stands, great deals on sporting merchandise, RVs, and more.

On Friday, March 17th public, charter, homeschool and daycare groups will SAVE BIG!  Groups who register in advance may purchase tickets through the Crown Complex for only $5 per person, and for every 10 tickets purchased, groups will receive one FREE! Special snack-pack food vouchers are also available! Call Alan Singer, Crown Complex Group Sales Coordinator at 910-438-4111 to reserve your spot today!  e-mail: alan_singer@comcastspectator.com  General admission tickets are available online at http://www.crowncomplexnc.com/events/detail/cape-fear-wildlife-expo.

The goal of this annual nonprofit event, supported by state and federal agencies, conservation partners and outdoor-related vendors is to increase public awareness and appreciation for North Carolina’s natural resources, and to encourage youth to explore and enjoy the great outdoors.  For more information: Website: capefearwildlifeexpo.com Facebook: @capefearwildlifeexpo
